Warranty Center

Our installation warranty is lifetime - meaning it never expires as long as you own the vehicle. Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer but typically range from 1-5 years. We also offer extended warranty options for additional peace of mind.

Our warranty is tied to the original customer and vehicle. If you sell your vehicle, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner. However, we offer system removal and reinstallation services if you want to move your equipment to a new vehicle.

We can only warranty work performed by our certified technicians. If another shop damages our installation, we can provide repair estimates and work with you to resolve the issue, but their work would not be covered under our warranty.

Simply contact us by phone or email with your work order number and description of the issue. We'll schedule an appointment to diagnose and resolve the problem. Most warranty issues can be resolved the same day.

All labor for warranty-covered issues is completely free. If replacement parts are needed due to equipment failure, manufacturer warranties may apply. We'll always provide a clear estimate before any chargeable work is performed.
